FILMING Attracted by some of the Estate’s fine period buildings, film companies periodically make use of the Cator Estate, and to avoid problems which have sometimes arisen in the past – particularly in respect of traffic and road use - a contract has been drawn up which indicates the Company’s requirements and charges payable. Any resident contemplating allowing filming on their property should ensure that the film company has signed the Estate contract before any work begins.
