THE DIRECTORS

The Board Directors comprises volunteers who live on the Estate. Directors normally serve for a term of 3 years.

John Bendall is a part-retired marketing director. John has lived on the Cator Estate since the 1970s, and was elected to the Board in 2003.

Gillian Butler is a retired school teacher. Gillian has lived on the Cator Estate since 1968, and was elected to the Board in 2003. 

Richard Hatley is a chartered accountant. Richard moved on the Cator Estate in 1992 and was first elected to the Board in 1995. 

Peter Hill is a Commercial Property lawyer. He has lived on the Estate since 1991 and was co-opted to the Board in May 2008.

Simon Hosking  is a retired public service accountant, and has lived on the Cator Estate since 1972. Simon was elected to the  Board in 2004 and was elected Chairman in 2008 having previously served as the Company Secretary.

Derek Hyde is a retired civil servant, and has lived on the Cator Estate since 1973. Derek was elected to the Board in 2006. 

Nicola Peers is a procurement director. Nicola moved onto the Cator Estate since 2004, and was elected to the Board in 2005. She was elected Company Secretary in 2008.

Ian Woodward is a chartered surveyor, and has lived on the Cator Estate since the 1990s. Ian was elected to the Board in 2003.
