THE DIRECTORS

The Board Directors comprises volunteers who live on the Estate.

Roderick Armitage has recently retired as Head of Company Affairs at the CBI. Rod has lived on the Estate for 39 years, he was elected to the Board for a second time in 2008 having previously served from 1983-1988.

John Bartram is a retired journalist, and has lived on the Cator Estate since the 1980s. John was elected to the Board in 2009.

Timothy Ford is a solicitor, and has lived on the Cator Estate since the 1970s. Timothy was elected to the Board for a second time in 2009. He previously served as a Director from 1987-1988. He was appointed Chairman in 2009.

Nicola Peers is a procurement director. Nicola moved onto the Cator Estate since 2004, and was elected to the Board in 2005. 

Paul Reid is a chartered surveyor, and moved onto the Cator Estate in 2001. Paul was elected to the Board in 2009.

Carolyn Webb is a teacher. Carolyn has been a resident of the Cator Estate since 2000, and was elected to the Board in 2009.

Ian Woodward is a chartered surveyor, and has lived on the Cator Estate since the 1990s. Ian was elected to the Board in 2003.

Susan Stelfox  was elected to the Board in June 2010, following her co-option in March. Susan has lived on the Cator Estate since 1971 and is a Chartered Accountant.
